Sometimes depression can make us make decisions we wouldn’t normally make in our family, job, friends, hobbies, etc. Depression isn’t logical and someone with a logical frame of mind that is trying to tell you you are being irrational can’t understand why you are soooo negative. You just keep feeling more and more defeated. No one is listening and no one understands. You are sick and tired of hearing that it’s all in your head so you’ve stopped telling people. You hide it and put on a “fake face” so you don’t have to deal with other people. This is sooo draining to do, but you do it day in and day out. You just wish it would go away. Depression is heavy feeling and can weigh you down. Sometimes it feels hopeless like it will never get better. Sometimes suicide feels like the only way out. Suicide would end all the pain you are experiencing. Suicide DOESN’T have to be the answer.
