Feelings of frustration, agitation, irritation, anxiety, sadness, even desperation of wanting to get the weight off. Waking up in the morning irritated with yourself for what you ate the day before. Feeling you are never going to get on track and stay on track. I felt this way until I discovered something different.
I knew I needed something to reset my metabolism, something to address why I kept going to certain foods, something to give me freedom back, freedom to NOT be controlled by food.
